ABOUT THE FOUNDATION:

The Sparks Foundation or the TSF is a non profit startup first based in Singapore ,whose sole vision is to bring correspondence in education and making sure each child has equal opportunities at success for a greater future.

The foundation’s main aim is to be able to connect and collaborate with students all across the world with disregard to any socio economic barriers, to inspire and educate them through their various programs in order to build a better society.

PROGRAMS:

  1. Graduate Rotational Internship Program(GRIP): A unique internship program which aims at providing students with diverse choices in Web Development ,Data Science & Machine Learning ,Marketing and Content Mangement .

2. Student Scholarship Program: Aims at providing students with monetary help to reach their desired targets and strengthen their foundations

3. Student Mentorship Program: Provides the students with the required guidance and resources in the form of mentors to help them shape their dreams .

4. Student SOS Program: Creates feasible targets for students and helps in achieving them by mentoring throughout the process.

5. Corporate Programs & Externships: Arranges visits to Corporate Offices for students and also provides these companies with brilliant interns which helps them gain exposure ,team building skills,strengthen communication skills,and boost morale.

MARKETING PLAN:

In today’s era ,where content and social media drive the world , it is very important that we target the right audience and put forth our proposition in all the platforms that have a wide reach.

  1. ENHANCING OFFICIAL WEBSITE:

→ Hire Web designers to improve the general outlook of the website inorder to attract more people.

→ Include a sidebar in the website to allow the viewers to follow the website and also include social share as it helps in exposure of the foundation.

→ Get referral traffic by being more active on online forums and blogs.This results in the website becoming more notable.

→ Include a feedback icon in the website as it can be more preferable than a comment section and people who visit the website can give their inputs and ask queries. It’s also very important for tech team to reach out to them in time as it gives a sense of relaibility.

2. PARTNERSHIP MARKETING:

→ Create co branded content as it helps in promoting in a wider scale and can be quite effective.

→Engage in guest blogging and allow it as it helps in increasing traffic on the website.

→Establish mutual goals and co host events as it attracts a larger audience.

→Train ,access and communicate regularly as it helps in establishing a proper perception of the organisation.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS:

→ Be more active and thorough on social media platforms like Instagram,Facebook,Twitter etc since most of our target audience are present there.

→ Increase community engagements in social media accounts as it helps in attracting more users and can result in an increase of followers.

→ Increase web traffic through social sponsered ads and promotional posts on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

→Create and curate engaging content on social media as it helps in getting a greater reach.

→ Collaborate with social media influencers as they have a large audience which helps in promoting the foundation.

4. YOUTUBE:

→Create a Youtube channel for the foundation

→Make content related the events conducted by the foundation and know the target audience.

→ Upload and schedule timings for videos as it helps the subscribers to follow the videos regularly.

→Upload short clips of interns who completed their internship talking about their experience with TSP and how it helped them during the whole process .This will result in a better understanding of the foundation.

5. PAID INTERNSHIPS:

→As a large part of our target audience are students, offering paid internships can result in a huge increase in the members of the foundation .

→Providing stipend also boosts their confidence and results in a more thorough interest towards their goals.
